Job summary

Chartiers Center in Washington County Clinic, Washington, PA, is seeking a Screening & Intake Specialist to provide compassionate support to people facing behavioral health challenges. The role includes screening initial requests, handling intake and assessment activities, and completing demographic/registration tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Skills to engage callers
• Possess system knowledge to provide other necessary support and linkage, asindicatedby presenting need
• Sufficientexpertiseto functionrelatively autonomouslyin making judgements, recommendations and credibility required by service providers, if necessary
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Servicefield
• Two (2) years’ experience in behavioral health
