Job summary

Chartiers Center seeks an outpatient child therapist to provide compassionate supports and therapy for adults with mental health challenges. You will complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams in our Washington County clinic.

The role requires Master’s level licensure or LPC with two years’ experience; benefits include competitive salary and a range of health and retirement options. Full-time, daytime hours with a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s level therapist or LPC with two years’ experience preferred.
• Experience in SPMI, dual diagnosis, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Complete required evaluations and assessments for treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate treatment through team meetings and supervision.
• Maintain ongoing contact with service coordinators and program staff.
• Ensure documentation and managed care information is up to date.

Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, third party insurances and private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program.As an Outpatient Child Therapist with Chartiers Center at our Washington County Clinic, you would be committed to providing compassionate supports and therapy to people facing mental health challenges.
