Job summary

Chartiers Center in Washington County Clinic, Washington, PA, is seeking a Screening & Intake Specialist to provide compassionate support to people facing behavioral health challenges. The role includes screening initial requests, handling intake and assessment activities, and completing demographic/registration tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Skills to engage callers

Possess system knowledge to provide other necessary support and linkage, asindicatedby presenting need

Sufficientexpertiseto functionrelatively autonomouslyin making judgements, recommendations and credibility required by service providers, if necessary

Bachelor’s degree in Human Servicefield

Two (2) years’ experience in behavioral health
