APAC Mississippi, Inc. is seeking to hire Screed & Roller Operators for full-time positions in Mississippi. The role involves operating paving equipment along with supporting crew tasks such as shoveling, raking, and material handling on job sites.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, previous construction experience, and be willing to travel and work nights or weekends as needed. Compliance with safety policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous related experience in construction preferred.
• Must be willing to travel and work away from home as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Follow OSHA / MSHA regulations for safe procedures and environment.
• Operate screed and various paving equipment (including paver, roller, tractor, etc.).
• Assist crew with duties such as shoveling, raking, and moving materials.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment and movement of materials.
