Qualifikationen

• Scratch-kitchen or full-service restaurant experience is a plus.

• Execute dishes consistently in a scratch-kitchen environment.
• Complete daily prep lists and properly stock your assigned station.
• Set up, maintain, and break down stations for service.
• Monitor food quality, portioning, temperature, timing, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
• Follow all sanitation and food-handling standards.
• Support banquet preparation, production, and execution when needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with the culinary team during service.
• Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products.
• Assist with inventory awareness and minimizing food waste.
• Support general kitchen cleanliness and other duties as assigned.
