Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Cook to deliver exceptional lunch and dinner in a scratch-based kitchen. You will prepare entrées and sides, ensuring high quality, attractive plating, and adherence to resident preferences while fostering a welcoming dining atmosphere for residents, guests, and teammates.

You will participate in continuous improvement, work a varied schedule, and maintain a clean, well‑stocked kitchen.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Willing to work Thursday-Monday schedule from lunch through dinner
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English
• Kitchen experience preferred
• Secure food handler permits within two weeks of start date

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes using broiling, grilling, frying, and sautéing
• Contribute ideas during meetings and support service line coverage during meals
• Complete opening and closing tasks and help teammates maintain a clean, safe kitchen
• Keep stations stocked and organized, refresh pantry items, monitor refrigeration
• Maintain sanitary kitchen environment by cleaning areas and recording temps
