Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities seeks a Cook to deliver exceptional lunch and dinner experiences in our scratch-based kitchen. You’ll prepare entrées and sides, ensuring high quality, appealing presentation, and portion control, while building positive relationships with residents and team members.

The role requires 18+, ability to work Thu-Mon AM shifts, and basic English. Prior kitchen experience is preferred; food handler permits may be required within 2 weeks of start.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work Thursday-Monday AM shift.
• Read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred.
• Ability to secure food handler permits within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes using broiling, grilling, frying, and sautéing.
• Contribute ideas during meetings and stay open to feedback during service.
• Open/close tasks for each shift and support teammates for a clean kitchen.
• Keep stations stocked and organized with fresh pantry items and proper refrigeration.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen environments and record temperatures as required.
