Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking an AM Cook to prepare a variety of foods in our scratch-based kitchen. You will focus on high-quality, visually appealing plates and portion control, while building connections with residents and team members.

Key duties include opening/closing tasks, maintaining stocked stations, and ensuring a sanitary kitchen with temperature checks. This full-time role requires 6:00am–2:30pm Mon-Fri with PM shift as needed, and compliance with food handler requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred.
• Able to obtain food handler permits within two weeks of start.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with a scratch-based kitchen.
• Engage in continuous improvement through feedback and teamwork.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and support teammates to keep a clean, safe kitchen.
• Keep stations stocked and monitor refrigeration and appearance.
• Ensure sanitary kitchen by cleaning areas and recording temperatures.
