Job summary

GenSystems Power Solutions seeks an SCR Site Delivery Manager to drive on-site execution of SCR projects across the United States. You will act as the primary on-site representative, overseeing installation, commissioning, documentation, and owner handover while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

The ideal candidate has SCR De-NOx expertise, proven field leadership, and the ability to coordinate owners, EPCs, inspectors, and site personnel.

Qualifications

Two or more years of industrial field service experience (five years preferred).
Three years of hands-on site management experience on SCR/emissions-control projects or similar.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
Excellent communication skills; ability to coordinate with owners, EPCs, inspectors and site staff.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, startup, and commissioning of SCR systems and equipment.
Lead end-to-end on-site delivery management for U.S.-based SCR projects.
Oversee receipt, inspection, installation, coordination, commissioning, acceptance, and handover.
Ensure activities align with specifications, contracts, schedules, and quality standards.
Provide progress updates; manage NCRs, punch items and field quality issues.
Coordinate with owners, contractors, and third-party inspectors; conduct daily meetings.
