Job summary

GenSystems Power Solutions is seeking a SCR Site Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of SCR projects across the United States, serving as the on-site company representative from receipt to owner handover.

The role requires strong SCR De-NOx system expertise, field leadership, and the ability to coordinate engineers, EPC contractors, inspectors, and site staff while upholding OSHA, safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, environmental engineering or related field.
• 3 years of hands-on site management experience on U.S.-based SCR or emissions-control projects.
• Experience with emissions control systems, boilers, gas turbines, or power generation equipment.
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, startup, and commissioning of SCR systems and related equipment.
• Assume full on-site delivery management for U.S.-based SCR projects.
• Oversee equipment receipt, inspection, installation supervision, and project closeout.
• Ensure activities align with engineering specs, contractual requirements, schedules and quality standards.
• Lead safety initiatives, toolbox talks, inspections, and compliance audits.
• Coordinate with owners, EPC/general contractors, inspectors, and company HQ.
