Job summary

GenSystems Power Solutions is building its U.S. delivery team to support a major SCR equipment deployment in Houston. We are seeking experienced site-delivery professionals with direct U.S.

experience supporting SCR, flue-gas treatment, emissions-control, or closely related industrial systems. This is an onsite project-delivery position with responsibility from equipment receipt through installation supervision, commissioning interface, final acceptance, documentation, and owner handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on U.S.-based onsite management experience with SCR/flue-gas treatment or emissions-control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onsite delivery of SCR equipment, including goods receipt and acceptance, installation supervision, construction coordination, commissioning interface, final acceptance, documentation, and handover.
• Coordinate directly with the U.S. owner, general contractor, local construction teams, and third-party inspectors.
• Resolve field issues involving installation deviation, equipment adaptation, system mismatch, construction quality, and technical failures.
• Control site safety, quality, schedule, cost, non-conformance resolution, and project risks.
• Manage in-house service personnel and local construction resources, including shift planning, work assignments, performance, and emergency response.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and applicable U.S. construction practices for hot work, work at height, lifting, and other high-risk activities.
• Prepare English-language progress reports, corrective-action plans, acceptance documentation, as-built files, meeting records, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering and headquarters resources to resolve technical and delivery issues through project closeout.

This is an onsite project-delivery position with responsibility from equipment receipt through installation supervision, commissioning interface, final acceptance, documentation, and owner handover.

Required Background

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on U.S.-based onsite management experience involving SCR, flue-gas treatment, De-NOx, emissions-control, or closely related industrial systems.
• Working knowledge of SCR equipment including reactor systems, catalyst, ammonia-injection systems, ductwork, and auxiliary equipment.
• Experience supporting installation, alignment, commissioning, acceptance, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.
• Demonstrated experience controlling project schedule, quality, risk, field variations, rectification, and technical issues.
• Direct experience working with U.S. owners, general contractors, construction teams, inspectors, or similar project stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and industrial construction safety requirements.
• Ability to produce project and technical documentation in English.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred

Experience supporting SCR projects in gas-turbine power generation, thermal power, chemical processing, or industrial off-gas applications. Chinese-English bilingual capability and experience coordinating between U.S. project teams and China-based engineering resources are also valuable.
