Job summary

HonorHealth in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the evening shift at Complete Care-Paradise Valley. You will provide nursing care, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and well-being.

The role requires ANA-aligned practice, careful data collection, and patient-family education. A BSN is preferred, with certain prerequisites for ADN or Diploma holders to complete BSN within 60 months.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the State of Arizona required at hire.
• BLS certification required; stroke education requirements apply for designated units.
• Education: BSN preferred; ADN/Diploma with BSN within 60 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop patient-centered care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered; monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and home management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Document nursing actions and patient progress accurately.
