Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the evening shift at Complete Care – Paradise Valley in Scottsdale, AZ. The RN will perform patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes safety, evidence-based practices, and family education. Ideal candidates hold AZ RN licensure, BLS, and have 1+ year RN experience; ER exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Arizona required or active permit at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in med-surg or acute care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop and revise nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and manage IV lines.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and treatments.
