Job summary

HonorHealth in Peoria, AZ, is seeking an RN for the Complete Care-Lake Pleasant unit on the night shift. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care following ANA standards, records histories, administers medications, monitors patient status, and collaborates with the healthcare team.

Ideal candidates have ER RN experience, an AZ RN license, BLS, and at least one year in med-surg or acute care. BSN preferred; those with ADN/AS must pursue BSN within 60 months.

Qualifications

• Prior ER RN experience required.
• Arizona RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year RN experience for Float positions required.
• BSN within 60 months for ADN/ diploma hires (required or preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting during night shift.
• Assess, document, and monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs.
