Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Procurement & Import Specialist for our Irvine, CA site. The role focuses on purchasing ingredients and packaging, managing POs, coordinating overseas shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to production runs.

This onsite position offers growth as the supply chain team builds out, with travel about 10%. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in procurement or import coordination, strong Excel, and ERP experience (SAP or QuickBooks).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in procurement, purchasing, or import coordination.
• Strong Excel skills: lookups, pivot tables, and reconciliation.
• Experience with an ERP system (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Purchase ingredients and packaging materials based on production plans, inventory, and supplier lead times
• Request and compare quotes, create POs, and track orders through delivery
• Coordinate overseas shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, and review shipping documents
• Work with co-manufacturers to make sure materials are ready ahead of production runs
• Match supplier, freight, and warehouse invoices to POs and resolve discrepancies

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

• Experience with an ERP system (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)

Preferred

• Food, beverage, or CPG experience, especially buying ingredients or packaging
• Experience with international shipments, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
• Experience working with co-packers or contract manufacturers
• SAP experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
