Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to join our Industrial Division in Orange, CA. This hybrid role requires Monday–Wednesday onsite work, with a base annual compensation of $70,500.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for light industrial and manufacturing roles, sourcing, screening, and placing talent while maintaining strong communication with clients and candidates. This hands-on position emphasizes urgency, relationship-building, and the ability to handle multiple

Responsibilities

• Recruit across a wide range of positions
• Create sourcing strategies tailored for each requisition
• Conduct candidate interviews in-person or via RingCentral
• Weekly KPIs: 20 interviews, 20 presents, 7+ starts, 5 “Where Have You Been”s
• Produce a minimum of $30,000 in gross profit per month ($60,000/quarter)
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and build business partnerships
• Host HR events with candidates and businesses to raise brand awareness
• Negotiate and communicate effectively
• Educate clients and candidates about market trends
• Work in a full cycle recruitment environment
• Carry out targeted strategies to contact talented professionals
• Ensure postings reflect company culture and are up to date
• Take job orders and clarify job descriptions with clients
• Maintain loyalty with clients/candidates and perform quality checks
• Market top candidates to clients to grow accounts
• Reactivate dormant accounts during outreach

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to join our Industrial Division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys building relationships with clients and candidates.

The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for light industrial and manufacturing roles, supporting key client accounts with ongoing hiring needs. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing talent while maintaining strong communication and organization.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires urgency, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

• Recruit across a wide range of positions
• Create sourcing strategies that are tailored for each requisition
• Conduct candidate interviews in-person or via RingCentral
• Weekly KPIs: 20 interviews, 20 presents, 7+ starts, 5 “Where Have You Been”s
• Produce a minimum of $30,000 in gross profit per month ($60,000/quarter)
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and build business partnerships
• Work with candidates and businesses in the area to host HR events centered around brand awareness
• Have effective negotiation and communication skills
• Serve as a Consultant to educate clients and candidates about current trends in the market
• Work in a full cycle recruitment environment (sourcing through placement)
• Create and carry out targeted strategies of contacting talented professionals
• Ensure job postings, career page and social media outlets attract candidates reflective of our culture and values and are up to date with best practices
• Take job orders and probe effectively for details of job descriptions from clients
• Build ongoing loyalty and relationships with clients/candidates, and conduct ongoing quality check calls with clients/candidates
• Market top candidates to new/existing clients in order to build solid relationships and grow accounts
• Make calls to reactivate accounts that have fallen dormant

TRAVEL:

• Travel is expected approximately 20% locally for this position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• A sense of urgency and enjoy multi-tasking
