Job summary

Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) seeks a full-time SCIF/SAPF Facilities Project Manager to support the Arlington/Falls Church area. The role governs security architecture, accreditation lifecycles, and the turnover of secure spaces across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate holds a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, is a U.S. citizen, and brings 10+ years of project management in secure construction or technical rollout, including 5+ years in SCIF/SAPF accreditation per ICD 705.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizen.
• 10+ years in project management, secure construction, facilities management, or technical systems rollout.
• 5+ years leading SCIFs or SAPFs under ICD 705.
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios with combined budgets over $10M+.

Responsibilities

• Project-Level SCIF Accreditation & Security Governance across the facility portfolio.
• Secure Facility Operations & Lifetime SCIF Management for accredited spaces.
• Portfolio & Project Management of concurrent secure-space initiatives.
• Technical Infrastructure & Network Security Architecture for accredited environments.
• Government contracting & stakeholder integration in a regulated defense setting.
