Job summary

LMI is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead the planning, construction, and delivery of a new Raleigh, NC office facility with SCIF space. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
PMP certification or equivalent.
7+ years of experience in government/defense construction or related operations.
Experience with ICD 705 and SCIF construction/accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

Manage the construction and build-out of office and SCIF space at the Raleigh facility from design through accreditation.
Coordinate with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders on schedules and specifications.
Ensure facility designs meet ICD 705 (SAP-F) and security standards.
Serve as primary liaison with government facility security officials during construction and accreditation.
Track budgets, schedules, and risks across cost, schedule, and quality.
