Qualifications

BS in molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
Hands-on NGS library prep and workflow expertise.
Experience in process/product development and tech transfer.
Proficiency with analytical techniques (qPCR, HPLC, Bioanalyzer).
Strong experimental design, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Collaborative and self-motivated mindset.

Responsibilities

Independently design and execute experiments involving NGS library prep from single cells, tissues, or DNA/RNA using 10x instruments.
Develop and refine QC methods.
Own project deliverables.
Troubleshoot reagent and assay issues.
Support reagent stability studies.
Update manufacturing documentation.
Train QC and Production staff.
Present data to stakeholders.
