Qualifications

Requirements:

• BS in molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years (or MS with 3+ years, PhD with 1+ year) experience
• hands-on NGS library prep and workflow expertise
• experience in process/product development and tech transfer
• proficiency with analytical techniques (qPCR, HPLC, Bioanalyzer)
• strong experimental design, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• collaborative and self-motivated mindset

Preferred:

• experience with single cell genomics, RNA-Seq, novel reagent development, and product lifecycle management
