Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with 3+ years of academic and/or industry experience.
• Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in the Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Spends majority of time in lab executing experiments and documenting ELN entries.
• Optimize base ex vivo editing platform and implement new technologies.
• Routinely generates CAR‑T cells including non‑viral gene editing, expansion, and cryopreservation.
• Characterizes engineered CAR‑T cells with flow cytometry and in vitro assays.
• Analyzes and interprets experimental data, with large datasets as a plus.
• Presents findings in multidisciplinary meetings and supports team decisions.
