Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in biology or biotech.
• Master’s Degree with 3+ years of experience; Ph.D. preferred for advanced roles.
• Ph.D. or equiv. degree in Life Sciences strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute experiments in the lab and record ELN entries.
• Optimize base ex vivo editing platform and develop in vivo non-viral gene delivery (e.g., lipid nanoparticles).
• Routinely generate CAR-T cells including non-viral gene editing, expansion, and cryopreservation.
• Characterize engineered CAR-T cells via flow cytometry and molecular analyses.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot, and communicate results to cross-functional teams.
