Qualifications

• PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Vascular Biology, Liver Biology, or related field (MS with relevant industry experience considered)
• Hands-on experience with primary human endothelial cells
• Experience with endothelial biology, assay development, and troubleshooting
• Experience with liver biology, MASLD/MASH, fibrosis, or related disease areas
• Proficiency with qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, immunostaining, and microscopy

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and execute primary endothelial cell assays
• Support liver biology and target validation studies
• Analyze experimental data and troubleshoot assay performance
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and communicate results
