We are seeking a Scientist I for a company specializing in scientific research and product development. This role involves conducting scientific experiments, performing specialized tasks related to product testing, and ensuring compliance with defined protocols.


Responsibilities:
  1. Perform assigned scientific experiments under direct supervision.
  2. Conduct specialized tasks contributing to product development and testing.
  3. Follow defined protocols for data analysis and recordkeeping.
  4. Ensure proper retention of records and raw data.
  5. Utilize analytical and technical expertise to support testing and development efforts.
  6. Adhere to process guidelines and ensure task completion.
  7. Provide limited oversight of junior staff on initiatives and projects.
  8. Train new employees and address job-related questions within assigned areas.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field or equivalent experience.
  2. 0-2 years of relevant laboratory or research experience.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols.
  4. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  5. Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
