Job summary

TetraScience is seeking a Scientific Solutions Partner to own the full customer engagement, from prospecting and discovery through technical solutioning, RFP response, and close — and to remain accountable for account health, expansion, and renewal alongside Delivery Manager.

You will work with the world's largest life sciences customers, translating scientific data into AI-ready datasets and driving value across medallion architecture while leveraging AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a life science, chemistry, or engineering discipline required; MS or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years in scientific software, informatics, or related sales roles.
• Experience selling to pharma/biotech/CROs and leading enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to lead POC design and RFP ownership with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and build territory pipeline per go-to-market strategy.
• Own full sales cycle from discovery through contracting and renewal.
• Lead technical discovery and design compelling solution architectures.
• Deliver credible demonstrations and win technical validation.
• Own RFP responses end-to-end with accurate submissions.
• Travel ~25% to client sites and represent the company at events.
