Job summary
TetraScience seeks a Scientific Solutions Partner to own the customer engagement from discovery through close, bridging scientific insight and commercial strategy. You will lead technical enablement, architect solutions, and own RFP responses across global biopharma and life sciences accounts.
In this role you’ll work with CDOs, VPs, and digital transformation leaders to articulate the medallion data architecture and demonstrate TetraScience’s AI-native data Foundry capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in life science, chemistry, or engineering; MS/PhD preferred
- 5+ years combined scientific, technical, and commercial experience in life sciences software or related fields
- Direct pharma/biotech/CRO/CDMO experience
- Lead technical sales cycles in enterprise SaaS or scientific software
- Fluency with scientific data concepts and data architectures
- Proficient with CRM and digital sales tools
- Willingness to travel ~25% to client sites
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and design compelling solution architectures
- Own end-to-end RFP responses and contracts
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Represent the product value in executive-level conversations
- Partner with delivery to ensure seamless handoff and alignment
