Job summary

TetraScience is hiring in the United States to accelerate discovery and development in life sciences. You will be a product-minded driver of technical scientific solutions, collaborating with scientists, PMs, and engineers to transform complex data into actionable AI-enabled workflows.

You will design scalable data models, build Python pipelines, and integrate lab software via APIs. You’ll travel to client sites and engage with stakeholders to demonstrate value and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of life science R&D data ecosystems and pain points across drug discovery, preclinical development, and manufacturing.
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML-driven use cases in cloud environments.
• Designed scalable, reusable data architectures for scientific data.
• Collaborated with product managers, scientists, and engineers to translate needs into products.
• Communicated complex data findings clearly to scientists and leadership.
• Advised researchers to improve R&D outcomes and data quality.
• Hybrid dry/wet lab experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design extensible data models to efficiently organize scientific data for AI-enabled use cases.
• Prototype and implement solutions using the Tetra Data Platform.
• Develop Python-based data pipelines and integrate with lab software via APIs.
• Create data visualizations and apps to enable scientific insights.
• Collaborate with SBAs, customer scientists and AI engineers to deploy ML/AI models.
• Present progress demos to stakeholders and iterate on feedback.
