Job summary

ClinLab Solutions Group seeks an experienced professional to manage the customer engagement lifecycle for scientific data and AI cloud solutions. You will build trust, tailor solutions, drive account growth and renewals, and leverage advanced AI tools to maximize impact.

Your work involves leading technical discovery, presenting architectures, demonstrating software, driving POC engagements, and managing RFPs while collaborating with scientific data teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life science, chemistry, or engineering required; MS or PhD highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of combined scientific, technical, and commercial experience in life sciences software, laboratory informatics, scientific data infrastructure, or related fields.
  • Experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO/CDMO settings as a scientist, scientific software professional, or sales/solutions specialist.
  • Proven ability to lead technical sales cycles in enterprise SaaS or scientific software, including POC design, execution, and RFP management.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, scientific data formats, instrument connectivity, and data harmonization processes.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPIC, or Force Management.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, effective in both technical and business discussions.
  • Proficiency with CRM and digital sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, or similar).
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% within the assigned region.

  • Represent the organization at industry events and help develop case studies and solution briefs.

This role is designed to combine scientific and technical expertise with commercial acumen, managing the entire customer engagement lifecycle for scientific data and AI cloud solutions.   • Manage end-to-end RFP technical responses, integrating platform features and customer requirements into compelling submissions.
  • Prospect, qualify, and build a robust pipeline, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to contracting using modern sales methodologies.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to delivery and maintaining account health.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, contribute market insights to internal teams, and help develop impactful content such as case studies and solution briefs.
