Job summary

International Executive Service Corps is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright‑Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. The role involves organizing projects, drafting documents, coordinating approvals, and aiding data collection and reporting.

The candidate should have a STEM degree with 1–2 years of related experience, strong IT skills (Microsoft Office), and excellent communication abilities. Prior military experience and NDA willingness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to organize, manage, and perform projects within ongoing programmatic efforts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Aid in managing programs and projects, including drafting documents and coordinating approvals.
• Support data collection, analysis and reporting of project data.
• Collaborate with PIs and project leads; schedule meetings and coordinate with experts.
• Maintain project documents, spreadsheets, and databases; ensure compliance with STINFO regulations.
