Job summary

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support ongoing missions at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. You will aid in managing programs and drafting documents, while coordinating approvals and monitoring spending to ensure program success.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 1–2 years of research or analytical experience, with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, with 1-2 years of experience in a scientific, analytical, or research setting.
• Ability to organize, manage, and perform projects related to ongoing programmatic efforts.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
• Exceptionally high capacity for working autonomously and performing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience and familiarity with logistics and equipment management within a technical or medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid in managing programs and projects, including drafting project documents, coordinating approvals, monitoring spending plans, and supporting technical programmatic reviews.
• Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of project and study data.
• Collaborate with Principal Investigators (PIs) and project leads.
• Perform administrative tasks such as obtaining and maintaining IRB, HRPO, IACUC, IBC, and MOU/data sharing agreements, and provide auditing trails for protocol compliance.
• Identify problems or inconsistencies, monitor project progress, document and report adverse events, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing amendments to protocols or modifications to study designs as appropriate.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate with subject matter experts, conduct literature reviews, and manage document clearances per STINFO regulations.
• Assist in drafting, preparing, and editing scholarly publications (abstracts, posters, technical reports, manuscripts, slides).
