Job summary
The Spinal Cord Injury and Disorders (SCI/D) Inpatient Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APR N) provides attending provider services to a panel of Veterans and functions under licensure privileges in collaboration with the SCI/D Medical Director. Assignment may include outpatient work.
The role delivers comprehensive primary and specialty care, coordinates with the interdisciplinary team, and focuses on transitions of care and home-based services to support Veterans with complex spinal cord
Qualifications
- APRN licensed without restrictions in the United States.
- Preferred experience as an APRN in a spinal cord injury setting.
- Ability to work under a collaborative agreement with medical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Delivers primary and specialty care for Veterans in SCI/D.
- Coordinates care with interdiciplinary team and PACT staff.
- Supports transitions of care and home-based care models.
- Utilizes telehealth, secure messaging, and face‑to‑face visits as needed.
