ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time contract position in Mattapan, MA. The BCBA will provide behavioral support for students in K-8th grade, working collaboratively with school staff and families to implement effective interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct support to students, ensuring positive behavioral outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the success of behavior plans
• Monitor student progress and modify interventions as needed
• Train and support school staff in implementing behavioral strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working with K-8th grade students
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a school setting
• Previous experience in a school-based environment is preferred
