Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in a school setting, providing behavioral support to students. This role involves working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans and help students succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide direct one-on-one or small-group behavior support to students.
  2. Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
  3. Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors.
  4. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate behavioral strategies into the classroom.
  5. Assist students in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills.
  6. Participate in meetings and training sessions to discuss student progress and refine intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Active RBT certification required.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to remain patient, professional, and adaptable in a dynamic school environment.
