School-Based Behavior Technician (RBT) - Allentown, PA

ProCare Therapy is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a student in the Allentown, PA school district. In this role, you'll work 1:1 with a student to implement behavioral support and strategies.

Position Details:

• Location: Allentown, PA
• Schedule: 5 days per week
• Setting: 1:1 with a student

Responsibilities:

• Implement BIPs for a student in need of behavioral support
• Monitor and track progress through data collection
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a successful learning environment

Requirements:

• Active RBT Certification
