Beacon Mobility is hiring a part-time School Van Driver to transport students to school and events in the Waltham/Watertown/Belmont areas. The role offers paid training and a split AM/PM schedule on weekdays only, with weekly pay and guaranteed minimum hours.

Requirements include a 7D certificate (or willingness to obtain), a safe driving record, and being 21+ with 3 years of driving experience. English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes and maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Job description

Van Pool Transportation LLCA Driver is responsible for transporting clients from their pickup point to their destination in a timely and safe manner. Using a vehicle to successfully transport people, performing pre-trip inspections, performing child checks post-route, and keeping their vehicle within DOT regulations are the most important tasks of the driver.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $24.41/hour
  • Paid Training: $20/hour
• Schedule: Part-Time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

• Drive assigned routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
