Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience as a certified school bus driver.
• Supervisory or personnel management experience.
• Valid Class B CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.
• DPS Classroom and Behind the Wheel Trainer certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all transportation staff, including routing, dispatch, fleet maintenance and supervision.
• Oversee student transportation routing, dispatching and safety compliance.
• Ensure DOT and state regulatory compliance for transportation operations.
