Job summary

You will coordinate bus movements, monitor operations, handle inquiries, and prepare reports; a high school diploma and experience in transportation are preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package offered. This role is on-site with flexible hours during peak times.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routing and scheduling using routing software to optimize efficiency.
• Dispatch drivers and buses to scheduled routes and trips.
• Monitor real-time operations and respond to delays, breakdowns, or emergencies.
• Communicate route changes to drivers promptly and clearly.
• Maintain records of routes, driver assignments, and incidents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on routing performance.
• Assist with driver scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll verification.
