Responsibilities

• Monitor radio communications and provide real-time support to drivers.
• Adjust schedules and routes in response to traffic, weather, or emergencies.
• Maintain records of driver assignments and route changes.
• Assist with payroll and respond to inquiries from parents and school personnel.
