Job summary

Qualifications

• Prerequisites include an Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Three years related work experience and valid CA driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to school site staff; communicate clearly.
• Serve as the technical point person for technology issues at sites.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and repair school devices and peripherals.
• Assist with Google Apps student accounts and devices.
• Document steps and coordinate with Tech Services on issues.
