Job summary

Denver Public Schools is seeking a School Technology Partner to provide dedicated technology support to multiple schools. This role reports to the DoTS Partner and collaborates with the DPS Department of Technology Services.

Responsibilities include first-line issue resolution, tiered support for administrators and staff, inventory management, and configuring DPS devices to align with district technology goals.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-ethnic, multicultural environment.
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first line of support for issue resolution at each school.
• Provides instruction and tier one/two technical support to administrators and staff on applications and technology.
• Evaluates and/or develops school technology plans, coordinating with District Vision and school plans.
• Maintains all school technology inventory.
• Builds device configurations and modifications to DPS technology as needed.
