Job summary

Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlotte seeks a Technology Coordinator to serve as the primary technology support for MACS sites. You will provide level I/II support, manage user accounts, and assist with technology projects across Diocesan entities.

The role reports through the Diocese of Charlotte’s Technology Services Office and collaborates with school principals and staff to align technology solutions with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ certification required.
• At least 1 year of PC support experience in corporate or school environment.
• Preferred: Associate degree in IT, CS, Networking, or equivalent.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology with ongoing training.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of virtual technologies; familiarity with NIST/ISO/SANS standards.
• Team player with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Triage and manage tickets in Autotask helpdesk system.
• Provide level I and II technical support for MACS and Diocese employees.
• Manage user accounts in Microsoft Entra and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot Windows 365 and Teams; respond to how-to questions.
• Troubleshoot Apple devices and manage Apple apps via Apple School Manager.
• Administer Google Workspace via Google Admin Console including provisioning accounts and ChromeOS devices.
• Assist with endpoint management and device lifecycle; inventory management.
• Setup and troubleshoot network printers and peripheral devices; manage A/V equipment.
