• Assist with submitting and tracking helpdesk tickets and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and technology staff to select resources compatible with school tech infrastructure.
• Assist with the implementation of computer assisted instructional programs.
• Support staff and students in using technology in learning activities.
