Job summary

Breck School in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a hands-on Technology Specialist to deliver hardware, software, and A/V support for students, faculty, and events. You will maintain classroom technology, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate live-streaming for school events.

Ideal candidates have experience with macOS, iPadOS, Windows, Google Workspace, and Mosyle MDM, plus strong communication and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with audio/video production and live-streaming
• Experience with macOS, iPadOS and Windows administration
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and classroom technology
• Knowledge of MDM solutions, preferably Mosyle
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Ability to translate tech jargon for non-technical users
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• College degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for classrooms, meeting and event spaces
• Support operational departments with hardware and software needs
• Deliver A/V support for events including live-streaming and complex presentations
• Ensure high-quality classroom technology experience (visuals, audio)
• Manage hardware/software for faculty, staff, and students
• Use ticketing systems to track issues, repairs, and loaner equipment
• Serve as a tech resource for the school community
• Provide backup support across the campus as needed
• Stay current with new tech trends through ongoing training and events
