Job summary

Sacred Heart Greenwich seeks a Full-Time Technology/Audio Visual Support Specialist to assist students, faculty, and staff within a 1:1 laptop program. The role covers IT and AV support for a fast-paced school environment, including after-hours events, and requires collaboration with external vendors for repairs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Mac/Windows experience, in-depth Mosyle management, and strong end-user training skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple users in Mac and Windows environments in an educational setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and colleagues.
• WLEXIBLE scheduling for evening events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT questions and issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems, coordinating with vendors when needed.
• Manage help-desk operations, ticketing, and user communications.
• Provide end-user training and create simple how-to guides or videos.
• Set up technology for meetings and special events, including evenings and weekends as required.
