Job summary

Cherry Creek School District is seeking a School Support Para Educator to provide clerical support and assist licensed staff with student materials and classroom activities. You will help with data entry, phone duties, and greeting visitors, while supporting coordinators and teachers in assigned programs.

The role involves monitoring students during activities and testing, as well as before/after school support, with emphasis on confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires HSE or equivalent diploma.
• Associate degree is preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Ability to perform data entry daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical tasks: typing, filing, data entry, and answering phones.
• Assist with preparation of student learning materials and support coordinators.
• Monitor and assist students during activities and testing; before/after school.
• Draft and distribute reports/communication to staff or parents.
• Maintain program files, inventory, calendars, and repair schedules.
