Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 48 hours of college credit, paraPro, or WorkKeys required or documented.
• No experience required.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment (phones, copiers, fax, email).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English language skills and communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher in preparing materials, tests, grading, attendance and documentation.
• Assist students with activities and curriculum delivery to individuals and small groups.
• Monitor students and reinforce appropriate behavior in various settings.
• Perform clerical tasks: typing, filing, inventory, data entry, supplies ordering.
• Assist with field trips or other events as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
