Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team in Lillington, North Carolina. You will provide speech, language and communication support to students from Pre-K through 12th grade in a collaborative, school-based setting.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP development and implementation, direct therapy in multiple areas, and collaboration with teachers, parents and administrators.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current North Carolina state license in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA preferred (CFYs welcome to apply).
• Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) in articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic/social communication.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student progress.
