Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in the Lillington, NC area. This full-time, contract role runs through May 2027, with onsite service and collaboration with teachers and families to improve communication outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students in individual and small-group settings.
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and school administration.
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and data tracking.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multi-disciplinary team conferences.
  • Consult with staff and parents regarding strategies for communication success.
  • Remain onsite throughout contract (no virtual assignments).
