Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in the Lillington, NC area. This full-time, contract role runs through May 2027, with onsite service and collaboration with teachers and families to improve communication outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in SLP, NC licensure, and CCC-SLP (preferred). School-based experience and strong IEP know-how are highly valued, along with excellent documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active North Carolina SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs considered.
• Experience in school-based settings recommended.
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and interventions for school-aged children.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students in individual and small-group settings.
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and school administration.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and data tracking.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multi-disciplinary team conferences.
• Consult with staff and parents regarding strategies for communication success.
• Remain onsite throughout contract (no virtual assignments).
