Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks a licensed social worker to join our team serving K-12 students requiring additional supports. You will provide individual or group counseling, collaborate with school teams, and contribute to IEP and BIP development.

Qualifications

• Professional licensure required (LPC/LCPC, LCSW/LMSW, LMFT/LMHC).
• Master's degree in social work, human services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or counseling services to students per IEP or BIP.
• Collaborate on creating IEPs and social-emotional goals.
• Complete social-emotional assessments and develop behavioral plans.
• Support social-emotional learning through targeted curricula and interventions.
• Collaborate with external partners and school teams to support students and families.
• Maintain student files per regulatory requirements.
